Spring Cleaning

Don't forget these things when spring cleaning!

These are the things you shouldn't forget when spring cleaning!

Spring cleaning is an annual tradition that helps many people get their homes in order for a fresh new year. However, when you're getting ready to spring clean, there are a few things you should remember to make sure you don't forget anything.

Here are some of the most important things:

  1. Declutter and sort out: Before you start the actual cleaning, declutter and sort out all the items in your home. Decide on items you want to keep, sell or donate. This will help you free up space and rid yourself of unnecessary clutter.

  2. Vacuum your mattresses.

  3. Clean windows with a glass cleaner and microfiber cloth and window frames with our loofah sponge and cleaning stone: windows and window frames can accumulate heavy dirt and dust over time.

  4. Use a multi-surface cleaner: An all-purpose cleaner is a great tool to clean surfaces throughout your home. Use it to clean cabinets, floors and countertops. Think about the doorknobs in your home when doing this, too!

  5. Polish furniture but also lampshades with a microfiber cloth: Furniture can look worn over time. Polish it with a microfiber cloth to restore its original beauty.

  6. Clean your dishwasher with a dishwasher cleaner. If you don't have one at home - why not use our kitchen cleaner and rid the inside of your dishwasher of limescale. For stubborn deposits, our cleaning stone will also help! A clean dishwasher is not only more hygienic, but can also help keep your dishes cleaner. Do this at least once a month to ensure optimal performance of your dishwasher.

There are many more tips and tricks to keep in mind when spring cleaning, but these six are a good place to start. With a little preparation and hard work, your home will look like new again in no time!
